The rug has a full and consistent pile overall with some slight wear. The fringe shows some minor wear and loss (as pictured) - which can be replaced should a buyer so choose (please email with any questions or concerns). There is one small round spot of missing wool (where a foot of furniture sat - this can be dyed). The rug is free of animal stains or odors. The rug has not been recently cleaned, but remains in surprisingly sharp character.
