Customer Wanted List
This section has been developed to help our customers find specific rugs they are hunting.
How it works:
- You are looking for a specific rug and size.
- You submit photographs of the rug you are looking for and describe what condition you are willing to accept it in.
- Shaneybrook's evaluates the quality of your submission photographs.
- Your pictures, size and condition information are posted to this section of our web site.
- Inquiries sent to Shaneybrook of persons that may have the vintage rug you are looking for, or may have a lead on a rug(s) are received on your behalf. All inquiries are forward to you to consider. There is no obligation for you to purchase.

Requirements:
- Submissions must include a photograph of the rug. We prefer an over-all shot, a corner (about 3 by 4 feet of the rug), condition concerns and important design elements are also helpful. This process works best when you can send an overall picture and a corner picture. Please make certain you have permission to use the photograph if it belongs to someone else (or if you've scanned it from a book, magazine, etc). Legal responsibility for pictures in this section falls exclusively on the submitter.
- Photographs can be submitted in printed format by postal mail, photo-cd, cdr or by email. If emailing your pictures, please use: raw, .tif or .jpg files. Pictures should measure at least 700 x 520 pixels. Email to: sales@shaneybrook.com
- Include your the following information with your email: name, email address, telephone, city, state, zip code, what size(s) and what general colour palette you are seeking to find.
- Portfolios of photographs are encouraged. The more photographs we have of the rug/pattern you are looking for, the easier it is for our site visitors to identify specifically want your .
- Submissions must not require viewers to register or to visit any third party web site.
