Cleaning
| Standard thorough hand cleaning rates being at $4.50 per square foot (which includes washing of both sides of the rug and thorough repeated rinsing). Particularly heavy, thick rugs and/or those over 120 square feet may be charged at a higher square foot rate. | |

Specialized Cleanings
| Wet Rugs (Picked up wet and/or water damaged) | $50.00 minimum handling fee per wet or water damaged rug. Charges are applied on an individual rug by rug basis (with consideration for size, weight and special handling). Please contact your Shaneybrook Inc agent for exact quotes. |
| Urine Removal | Quoted on individual rug by rug basis. |
| Rust Stains | $10.00 to $15.00 per stain ( for average furniture foot size) |
| Animal or Animal Oil Odor Including "Awakening Odors" |
$50.00 minimum charge, charges on a rug by rug basis. |
| Treatment of Other Stains | Quoted on a individual basis. |
Pick Up, Deliveries and On-Site Estimates
| Local Pick-Up & Delivery | No pick-up or delivery charge on orders in which rugs are rolled and ready for pick-up, on orders within a 50 mile distance of Shaneybrooks. Standard On-Site Time Charges may apply if rugs are un-rolled and/or furniture is moved by Shaneybrook staff. Please confirm if your location with a Shaneybrook agent in advance. |
| Long-Distance Pick-Up & Delivery | $75.00 minimum charge for distances over 50 miles with a rate of $0.65 for each mile thereafter. Please note, milage charges are applicable in both directions. |
| Standard On-Site Time Charges | Entry into a home, office or other location, rolling of rug(s) or carpet(s) and/or furniture moving is subject to an on-site charge of $35.00 per each 15 minutes on-site after the first 15 minutes have elapsed, which may or may not be in addition to any trip, pick-up or delivery fee. |
| Heavy Furniture Handling Fee | In cases where furniture exceeds normal handling a higher on-site fee made be charged. Please arrange for a quote in advance. |
| Estimates | A non-refundable $75.00 fee will be required in advance for any on-site estimate of service or services. This fee will be applied toward any service(s) conducted on behalf of the client. |
| Please note: though Shaneybrook staff is able to help with some large furniture, we are not furniture movers and cannot relocate large pieces of furniture to other parts of your home, office or instituttion. Please consult an appropriate professional mover for such services. | |
Storage
| Wrapping | $5.00 per linear foot width. |
| Moth Flaking | $10.00 for rugs up to 20 square feet. |
| Monthly Storage Charges | $0.35 per square foot for rugs up to and including 120 square feet. $0.50 per square foot for rugs exceeding 120 square feet. |
