Materials: Synthetic Blends
Synthetic blends are any synthetic (manufactured) fibers that are combined for use as multi-filiment fibres or used side-by-side in a weaving.
Synthetic blends in rugs and carpets can include: acetate, acrylic, anidex, aramid, azlon, elastoester, glass, lyocell, melamine, metallic, modacrylic, nylon, nytril, olefi, PBI, PEN, PLA, polyester, polyester PET, polypropylen, rayon, saran, spandex, sulfa, triacetate, vinal and vinyon.
