Shaneybrook.com is an open public business site you can browse anonymously at anytime. Visitors/users are not required to "login" or "register" and therefore do not provide us with personally identifiable information (such as name or email address). Shaneybrooks takes your privacy, online safety and security very seriously.

Shaneybrook.com does not use cookies or any other software for the purpose of collecting information or your movements throughout our site or beyond.

Transaction safety

Most Shaneybrook transactions are currently handled offline for the highest possible security. For clients and customers that prefer online transactions, we currently take credit card payments through paypal.com. Please visit paypal.com for information on their policies.

Shaneybrooks will never ask for any sensative information (social security number, credit card number, bank account information etc.).

Shaneybrooks does not and will never sell any customer information whatsoever. We will not share or distribute your name, address or email address with any third party, with the exception of the basic information needed to complete a transaction (such as extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, and delivering products to you). All transaction records are kept offline at our corporate address under the most strict supervision. Transaction records are limited to the date of your purchase and/or service, what you purchased and/or had serviced, and the tracking information (if applicable) for the safe transit of your property.

Your information

Basic communication information is requested in our contact and support inquiry submission form. This information is limited to the most basic information needed to maintain communication with you and to respond to your inquiry. That information is limited to: your name, your email address and the nature of your inquiry. When necessary to determine accurate and gaurenteed shipping quotes, Shaneybrooks will also require your complete shipping delivery address.

Shaneybrooks takes precautions -- including administrative, technical, and physical measures -- to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards are done to protect the confidentiality of your personal while it's transmitted over the internet.

You can help us by taking precautions to protect your personal data when you are on the internet. Never forward personal or sensative information via email. Make sure you use a secure web browser like Apple's Safari.

The Law

At times we may be required by law or litigation to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary.
